About

Most plan sites sell drawings. We sell the building that produced them.

A house plan is one of the largest purchases a person makes, and it is usually bought from a scanned PDF and four photographs. We think you should be able to walk through the house before you buy it, and that the specification you filter on should come from the model itself rather than a marketing description.

01

Modeled, not drafted

Each plan starts as a complete Revit model — walls, roofs, rooms, fixtures and levels. The drawings are views of that model, so a change to the plan updates every sheet that shows it.

02

Attributes read from the model

Room areas, bathroom fixture counts, roof pitch, building footprint, garage orientation and ceiling heights are extracted automatically. Nobody types them into a form, so nothing drifts out of sync with the drawings.

03

Search that knows the building

Because the attributes are structured, you can filter on things other plan sites cannot offer — side-entry garages, main-floor primary suites, walkout basements, or a footprint that fits a 40-foot lot.

04

Delivered as a complete set

PDF construction documents on every license. CAD files on Professional and above. The native Revit model on Builder and above, so your team can work directly from the source model.

Building something at volume?

Builder accounts get custom pricing, multiple seats, and unlimited-build licenses held by the company rather than an individual.
